Example:
Mary likes Anne. She talks to Anne.

2) Use
We use object pronouns after verbs or prepositions instead of the object of a sentence or clause.
- Me: for the first person singular.
Example:
David kicked the ball to me.
- You: for the second person singular.
Example:
Anna wants to talk to you.
- Him, Her and It: for the third person singular.
Examples:
Mary doesn’t like him.
John kissed her.
He read it.
- Us: for the first person plural.
Example:
She talks to us.
- You: for the second person plural.
Example:
We watch you on TV.
- Them: for the third person plural.
Example:
He calls them this evening.
